You can buy unengraved anniversary medalliions anywhere, but nothing makes the token of your success in recovery more personal and meaningful than having your own name and sobriety or clean date on it. Of course, you can take our medallion to an engraving shop to get it presonalized, but the cost of custom engraving one small item is prohibitive. Realizing the importance and need for such personalizing, it became our goal to provide this service to the recovery community at a reasonable price.

Shipping Information:
We normally ship within three business days unless there is a question about the order or a special product is ordered that we don't currently have in stock. We ship USPS first class mail unless the customer requests another mode. For USPS shipping the cost is $2.00 per order plus $1.00 handling per order. Charges for other shipping modes will be charged at the shipping vendor's rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will refund money only if we are unable to fill all or part of an order for some reason or other. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization from us. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returns. If we make an engraving error, we will engrave a replacement free of charge. If an engraving is the result of customer error, we will engrave a replacment at customer's expense. Engraving orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time an item is engraved. Once it is engraved no changes can be made.
