You can buy unengraved anniversary medallions anywhere, but nothing makes the token of your success in recovery more personal and meaningful than having your own name and sobriety or clean date on it. Of course, you can take our medallion to an engraving shop to get it presonalized, but the cost of custom engraving one small item is prohibitive. Realizing the importance and need for such personalizing, it became our goal to provide this service to the recovery community at a reasonable price.

We normally ship within three business days unless there is a question about the order or a special product is ordered that we don't currently have in stock. We ship USPS first class mail unless the customer requests another mode. For first class USPS shipping the cost is $3.00 per order. Priority mail is $6.00 per order. The exception to this is the display case product which costs $10.00 parcel post and $15.00 for priority mail. Charges for other shipping modes will be charged at the shipping vendor's rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will refund money only if we are unable to fill all or part of an order for some reason or other. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization from us. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returns. If we make an engraving error, we will engrave a replacement free of charge. If an engraving error is the result of the customer's actions, we will engrave a replacment at the customer's expense. Engraving orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time an item is engraved. Once it is engraved no changes can be made.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How long does it take to receive an order? Answer: Our experience tells us priority mail normally can take up to 7 working days and first class mail up to two weeks, varying considerably on how far away you are from us. Remember that we have no control over the Postal department or other carriers, so we can't be responsible for failures on their part.
What do you do if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time? Answer: Contact us immediately.
What is your policy on replacing late or lost shipments?
Answer: We will replace orders at our expense that have not arrived three weeks or more after we mailed them. Our recommendation is to place all orders at least three weeks before they are needed to assure that they will arrive when you need them.
